Everything I offer comes from lived experience and extensive study in breathwork, cold exposure, movement training, and nervous system regulation. My background includes military service, endurance athletics, recovery from spinal injury, chronic pain, and overcoming addiction — experiences that shaped my approach to resilience, recovery, and performance.
